Equipment Requirements
After achieving Yellow Belt, training includes sparring. In order to participate, students will need to purchase the following safety equipment: foot, hand, and head gear, mouthpiece, shin and forearm pads, groin protection, and sparring vest.
All the above equipment is available through The Karate Spot.
